She was predeceased by: her husband Herman R. Carlevale; her parents, Joseph Lepore and Rose Lepore (DeVincent); her brother Joseph G. Lepore (late Barbara); and her nephew Anthony DiVito.
She is survived by: her son Gary Horgan; her sibling Marion DiVito (James) of Waltham; her nieces and nephews, Dominic DiVito (Mary) of Arlington, James DiVito (Karen) of Holliston, Ann DiVito of Waltham, Maria Williams (DiVito) of Cambridge, Candida DiVito of Waltham, Rose Achorn (DiVito), Kevin Lepore (Jill) of Moody, ME, Kathleen Boulter (Robert) of Rockport, Karen Morris (Lepore), Jack Lakeman of Florida, Gregory and John Carlevale; and her brother-in-law S. John Carlevale.
Due to the precautions surrounding COVID-19 all arrangements are private.
