She was predeceased by: her spouse James W. Karelas. She is survived by: her children, Helen Barbarick (Dr), Sumner Barbarick and Paula K. Russo (Richard); her grandchildren, Loren Forget (Keith), Jaimie Zahouruiko (Ryan), Jarret Barbarick (Joyce Teator) and Anne Barbarick (Richard Franks); and her great grandchildren, Lucien Forget, Camdyn Forget, Victoria, Catherine, Elizabeth Barbarick and Alexis Zahoruiko. She is also survived by many relatives and friends.
