Burns of Arlington, Massachusetts, born in Cambridge, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 11, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband John R. Burns; her daughter Brenda Tocci; and her parents, Dr George Whoriskey and Margaret Whoriskey. She is survived by: her sister Jane Foley (Francis); her children, Denise Burns Brian (Kennebunk Maine) and Claire Roberts (Joseph) of Arlington; and her grandchildren, Ryan Tocci (Hannah Morton) of Portsmouth, RI, Cord Tocci (Lorelei) of Amesbury, Kayla Prussner (Zachary) of Seale, Erika Roberts of Arlington, John Roberts of Arlington, Taylor Burns of South Boston, Shae and Christopher Burns of Milton.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Keefe Funeral Home - Arlington (5 Chestnut St, Arlington, MA 02474). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Saint Camillus' Church (1185 Concord Turnpike, Arlington, MA 02476).
