She is survived by: her parents, Margaret Patnaude (Duggan) and Robert Patnaude (Sharon); her daughters, Chablis Roy (Joseph DeLaCruz) of Portland, ME, Quianna Zaetz (Justin) of Lawrence and Destiny Carlisle of Lawrence; her grandchildren, Gliselle Rivera and Michael DeLaCruz of Portland, ME; her siblings, Irene Moschetto (Peter) of Lawrence, Michael Patnaude of Wells, ME and Cynthia McDermott of Derry, NH.; and her spouses, Stephen M. Carlisle and Steve.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Vicki's memory to her youngest daughter Destiny Carlisle Memorial Fund at TD Bank, 228 Haverhill St., Methuen, MA 01844.
