He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Siegel and David Siegel; and his sister Joan Siegel Roper. He is survived by: his son David Brent Siegel of Shreveport; his stepsons, Jeffrey Agnew, Jr. (Devan Witzenbocker) of Milford and Jason Agnew of Boston; his sisters, Joyce Siegel Pickering (Bob) of Dallas and Marilyn Siegel Kirkland (Jim) of Shreveport; his mother-in-law Josephine Longo; and his siblings-in-law, Anthony Longo of North Andover and Gina Phaneuf (Brian) of Ipswich. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
