She is survived by: her children, Jerome Welch of Methuen, MA, Gregory Welch (Susan Welch) of Andover, MA, Christopher Welch (Justin Hernandez) of Glendale, CA, Darien Welch of Los Angeles, CA, Trish Dobson (Carl Dobson) of Richmond, CA and Joseph Welch (Marion Welch) of Ridgefield.
In lieu of flowers, Sophia would have appreciated donations to New England Hospice, which made her comfortable during her final days.
