He was predeceased by: his parents, Geraldine Tylus (Leonard) and George "Sam" Tylus; his brother Paul Tylus; and his brother-in-law Richard Baillargeon. He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Tylus of Haverhill, MA and Lynne Meineke (Cameron) of Cincinnati, OH; his siblings, George "Sonny" Tylus (Janice) of Salem, NH, Karoline "Kathy" Baillargeon of Andover, MA, Bernice, Thomas Karagoirgos of Lawrence, MA and Janice Sierra of Lawrence, MA; his sister-in-law Sheila Tylus of Atkinson, NH; and his former wife Karen Elkin of Andover, MA. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 1 great granddaughter and several nieces and nephews.

We have fond memories of our daughter, Sherri on the Buddy Werner ski team at Bradford Ski Area along side Lisa Tylus. Russ was very involved with the ski team and assisted in coaching. He will be missed by many”
