He was predeceased by: his parent Jacob Primak. He is survived by: his parent Leah Primak; his spouse Amy Primak (Karp); his children, Ari, Adam and Shoshana; his sibling Jay; and his nieces and nephews, Josh Primak and Becca Primak.
