He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Veronica (Leddy) and Joseph Costa Pacheco; and his aunts, Eileen Leddy and May Leddy. He is survived by: his wife Janis Joy (Ottina); and his children, Susan Pacheco of Warwick, RI, Robert Pacheco Jr. of Exeter, RI, Dean Pacheco of New Ipswich, NH and Amy Pacheco of Somerville, MA.. He is also survived by 3 grandsons and 2 great-grandchildren.
