He is survived by: his wife Joan Sawyer (Cipolla); his children, David Sawyer (Amy) of Winchester, MA and Alison Fox of Wilmington, MA; his siblings, Carolyn Aitken (William) of Lexington, MA and Warren Sawyer (Joan) of Swampscott, MA; and his grandchildren, Natalie, Dillon Fox, Michael, Emma and Eva Sawyer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
