With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Paul Lawrence Dunbar Russell Jr. of Andover, Massachusetts, who passed away on October 8, 2023 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul L. D. Russell, Sr. and Pauline Russell (Stowe). He is survived by: his wife Patrice (Palmer); his children, Paul L. D. Russell III and Pauline Wheeler; his son-in-law Tim Wheeler of Hanover, MD; his grandson Joshua Russell Wheeler; his siblings, Cynthia M. Russell of Peabody, Charles W. Russell (Vanessa) of Brockton and Mary Ann Parker of Arlington; and his half-sister Margaret Dorsey of Pikesville, MD.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions to The Rotary Club of Andover Charitable Trust, RotaryAndover.org, P.O. Box 1152, Andover, MA 01810.
