He was predeceased by: his parents, Silvano Grullon and Ana Luisa Munoz. He is survived by: his daughter Albania Silvan Grullon of Lawrence; his grandchildren, Andres Sanchez, Silvana Maria Sanchez, Silvano Grullon and Odanis Grullon; and his siblings, Ada Grullon (Eulogio Gonzalez) of Montvale, NJ and Rodolfo Grullon of New Jersey. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
