He is survived by: his wife Catherine; his children, Emma, Charlotte, Alexandra and Nicholas; his grandchildren, Isabella, Peter, Amelia, Luca, Cate, Lydia, Fiona and Jasper; his brother Dr. Stanley Rosen of Laguna Beach, CA; and his sister-in-law Jane Vorster (England) of South Nutfield. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
