She was predeceased by: her father Leonard Moore; and her former husband John Lewis. She is survived by: her brother Curtis Moore (Beverly) of Quincy, MA.; her children, Jeffrey Lewis (Victoria) of Methuen, MA, Garry Lewis (Lisa) of Hampstead, N. H. and Laurie Monsell (Thomas) of Brentwood, NH.; her grandchildren, Jonathan, Alyssa, Lauren, Ryan, Austin Lewis, Coulter and Julia Monsell; and her great grandchild Wyatt. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
