He is survived by: his spouse Elizabeth Sloan (Saganich); his parent Mary Sloan (Ginivan); and his children, Kim, John P., Kimberley A., Jennifer E. Sloan (Jeremy Slotnick), Neil Slotnick of Andover and Jillian Slotnick of Andover. He is also survived by children and grandchildren.
