He was predeceased by: his grandson Jude Spignesi; his brothers, William Jr and James Spignesi, Jr.; and his aunt Mae Flanagan. He is survived by: his wife Mary L. Spignesi (O'Neill); his children, Andrea Adams (Jeff Wynn) of Bradford and Christine Adams (John Spignesi, Jr.) of Pepperell; his brother Thomas Spignesi (Kerry) of West Hartford, CT.; and his grandchildren, Ryan, Erin, Sean Wynn, Joshua, Nathan, Madison Adams, Jack Spignesi and Faith Spignesi. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers a donation may be made in Jack's name to the Massachusetts General Hospital Cancer Center, Fruit Street, Boston, MA.
