It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean English (Andover, Massachusetts), born in Lowell, Massachusetts, who passed away on April 11, 2019, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Baltoumas and Dorothy Baltoumas (Levis). She is survived by: her husband Joseph A. Englsih; her brother Michael Baltoumas of Nashua, NH.; and her cousin Maria Pavlakos.
