With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James T. Stamas of Andover, Massachusetts, born in Greenfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 21, 2022 at the age of 89. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James T. Stamas to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara; and his brother Spelios. He is survived by: his siblings, Stephen Stamas of Scarsdale, NY and Kathy of Lower Gwynedd, PA; his child TJ; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Allison, Jacob, Jennifer and Matthew; and his great grandchildren, Eva, Zoey, Sam and Charlie.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Barbara R. Stamas Endowed fund for ALS Research, C/O Mass General Hospital, 100 Charles River Plaza, Boston, MA 02114.
