He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Herberchuk and Stella Herberchuk. He is survived by: his daughters, Jane Herberchuk-Williams of North Andover and Alicia Tokash (Keith) of Livingston, MT; his sisters, Lois Beighley (Earl) of Derry, NH and Ann Douthier; and his aunt Mary Herberchuk. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews; deceased family members.
