He was predeceased by: his parent James Scott Hamilton; his brother John C.; and his sister-in-law Eleanor. He is survived by: his parent Gunhilde Helena Hamilton (Dahlgren); his wife Ann Brooks Hamilton (Harris) of Brookfield, NH; his son James S. Hamilton (Maria) of Andover, MA; his grandchildren, Jack Hamilton of Los Angeles, CA, Renee Hamilton of Quincy, MA, James Rigg and Alexander Rigg of Brookfield, NH.; his brothers-in-law, Jim Brooks (Pattie) of South Addison, ME and Bob Brooks (Bonita) of Stockton Springs; and also Sarah Hamilton Rigg (Bailey Rigg) of Brookfield, NH.
