He was predeceased by: his wife Catherine; and his son Michael A. Buzzett. He is survived by: his children, Ellen E. Mackay (Steve) of Andover, MA, William A. Buzzett (Kelly) of Grayton Beach, FL, Lisa M. Tanjuatco (Ferdie) of Atlanta, GA, Cecilia A. Lovett of Tampa, FL and Joseph G. Buzzett (Jennifer) of Tampa, FL; his grandchildren, Tricia, Daniel, Ryan, Austin, Wells, Trey, Gabrielle, Jacqueline, Jordan and Alexandra; and his great grandchildren, Makayla and Teagan. He is also survived by five brothers; and two sisters.
Since the time that he was a 17-year-old West Point cadet learning to lead troops into battle, Harry Buzzett lived by the tenets of the USMA Alma Mater: Duty, Honor, Country. "Let Duty be well performed, Honor be e'er untarn'd, Country be ever armed." Now that his work is done, it may be said "Well done. Be thou at peace."
