It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elaine Smith of Andover, Massachusetts, born in Lowell, Massachusetts, who passed away on October 1, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Charles W. Smith; her parents, Chester Sr. Whitney and Ruth C. Whitney (Lumis); and her daughter-in-law Paula Smith. She is survived by: her children, Mark A. Smith of Andover, Mitchell W. Smith (Connie) of Ivins, UT and Heidi R. Overstreet of Lowell; and her grandchildren, Cassie Ford of Sandown, NH, Kristen Overstreet of Lowell, Mitchell W. Smith, Jr. and William J. Overstreet of Lowell. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
