He was predeceased by: his spouse Judith MacLeod (McLaughlin); and his sibling Jean David of Whidbey Island, WA.. He is survived by: his children, Carol MacLeod of Andover, MA and David MacLeod (Carrie) of Windham, NH.; his sibling Isabel Walker of Palo Alto, CA; his sibling-in-law Jill Hennigar; and his husband Dana of Reading.
