He was predeceased by: his parent Walter F.. He is survived by: his parent Katheryn Mitchell (Mitchell); his wife Pamela H. Mitchell (Jones) of Andover; his children, Paul J. Mitchell of Rosemont, NJ and Stephanie A. Mitchell of Brooklyn, NY; and his brother David B. Mitchell of Mitchell, SD. He is also survived by three nieces and two nephews.
