It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David E Powers of Andover, Massachusetts, born in Springfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on August 29, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence Powers (Clough) and Charles T. Powers. He is survived by: his siblings, Thomas, Charles, Roberta and Frances; his wife Joyce; his daughters, Karen Vocell of Lowell, MA, Wendy Contos (Andy) of Syracuse, NY and Deborah Nutton of Andover, MA; his brother Albert Powers; his grandchildren, Chrissy Pike (Henry), Ryan Vocell, Amanda Vocell (Peter Calitri), Breanne Bohling (Nick), Shaun Lima, Katelyn Cunniff (Jake) and Drew Contos; and his great grandchild Avery Cunniff. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
