It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Neil Ellsworth (Andover, Massachusetts), who passed away on January 27, 2021, at the age of 39, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Nicole Ducey; his mother Donna Ellsworth; his mother-in-law Camille Ducey Landwehr; and his sisters, Diane Mello and Mary Ellsworth Lownie.
