She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Chain-Hu Chao; her mother Rui-Shiang Shen; her children, Dr. Shirley Chao (Timothy Cusick) of Andover, MA, Dr. Yu-Chiu Chao (Lia Merminga) of Geneva, IL and Emily Chao (James Miller) of Westford, MA.; and her grandchildren, Caroline Cusick (Evan Chen), John Cusick, Alfred Chao and Evelyn Miller.
