He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John McCarthy and Marion McCarthy; his siblings, Paula Chunias (Ted), J. Kevin McCarthy (Patricia) and Gayle Corning (Jim); his wife Karen; and his grandchildren, John, Mary, Matthew, Jack and Michael McCarthy.
A funeral Mass was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Augustine's Parish (43 Essex St, Andover, MA 01810). A celebration of life was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the The Autograph American Tavern (89 Main St, Andover, MA 01810).
In lieu of flowers, Brian had appreciation for two organizations: Malden Catholic High School, c/o Advancement Office, 99 Crystal St. Malden, MA 02148 and Mary Immaculate Health / Care Services 172 Lawrence St, Lawrence, MA 01841.
