He is survived by: his wife Karen M. Rouse (DeAngelis); his daughter Rebecca J. Rouse; his son-in-law Francis D. Talbot of Washington, DC; his son Matthew A. Rouse; his daughter-in-law Rebecca L. Rouse of Billerica, MA; his grandchildren, Benjamin Talbot and Rhea Rouse; his siblings, Curtis Rouse of Mobile, AL and Martha Watjus of Moss Point, MS; and his siblings-in-law, Philip DeAngelis (Sandra) of Burlington, CT and Christine St. Jean (Tim Heckel) of Plymouth, MA.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
