She was predeceased by: her parent William Shapps. She is survived by: her parent Edith Shapps (Rothman); her spouse Kenneth Gropper; her son Eric Gropper (Lisa Kirk Gropper); her grandchildren, Emery and Pilar; her daughter Megan Gropper; her grandchildren, Aleksandrea Elizabeth and Kenzie; her sister Pamela Cowin; her nieces and nephews, Piper, Jason and David; her sister-in-law Elaine Jacobs; her husband Samuel; her nieces and nephews, Dasha Nelson, Shira Nelson and Sheila Gropper Nelson; and also Kenneth. She is also survived by many friends, colleagues, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Gropper/Shapps Memorial Fund at Temple Emanuel (Andover, MA) or the ASPCA (memorial donation).
