He is survived by: his wife Hope Mascott-Rosen of Andover; his sisters, Sandy Rosen and Debbie Budd; and his niece Elyssa Budd.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 10:15 AM at the Temple Emmanuel (7 Haggetts Pond Rd, Andover, MA 01810).
