He was predeceased by: his parent Charlotte Kellogg. He is survived by: his parent Frank Smith; his daughter Melissa Dickson of Washington; his brother Andy Smith of Amherst; his significant other Anne Delman of Amherst; his former wife Dael Chapman of Amherst; and also, Bruce and Chapman-Smith (Onias Timothy Dickson) of Washington.
