He was predeceased by: his sibling Andrew Yeo. He is survived by: his spouse Cynthia Yeo (Felton); his daughters, Jennifer Yeo of Mountain View, CA and Sara Parisi (Edward) of Boylston, MA; his grandsons, Andrew and Matthew; and his sister Mary Anne (Peter Lane) of Haverhill. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
