He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Blanchette and Helen Blanchette (O'Connor). He is survived by: his wife Michelle Blanchette (Connors) of Newburyport; his children, Robert Blanchette of South Boston, Kimberly Blanchette (Sam Melanson) of Newburyport and Sarah Blanchette of Newburyport; and his siblings, Robert Blanchette (Maria) of Calabash, NC, Karen Snyder (George) of Bethesda, MD, David Blanchette (Karen) of Medfield, MA and Eileen Blanchette (Ann Quenin) of Carlisle, MA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Philip's name to The Pelican Intervention Fund.
