It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Marie Messner of Amesbury, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 27, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Robert E. and Anne Blais (Haddon); her husband Dr. Edward Messner; and her siblings, Robert E. Blais II, Louis A. "Louie" Blais and Anne Terry.
She is survived by: her children, William Messner (Faith Selzer) of Amesbury, Ellen Rogers (Peter) of North Providence, RI and Margaret Chastel (Guillaume) of Rochester, NY; her grandchildren, Luisa Chastel and Luz Chastel; and her sister Roberta Folsom (Gary) of Amesbury. She is also survived by her children, her grandchildren, her mother and siblings, and her 17 nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held when the pandemic eases, probably in late summer 2021.
