He was predeceased by: his parents, Luigi Capone and Maria Capone (Melillo); and his brother Michael Capone (late Nancy). He is survived by: his wife Emilia Capone (Straccia); his sons, Luigi Capone (Michelle) of Beverly and Carmine Capone of Amesbury; his siblings-in-law, Maria and Salvatore Cucciniello; and his grandchildren, Marco Capone, Nicholas Capone, Emily Capone and Anthony Aguilar.
