He was predeceased by: his parents, Bronislaw Phillips and Helen Phillips (Lewindowski); his wife June L. Phillips (Kilgore); his children, Maureen Pelletier Chapman (Phillips) and Thomas Phillips; and his sister Maryann Natalino.
He is survived by: his children, Valerie Phillips of Amesbury, Trusinda Phillips of New Hampshire, Tristeena Hassan of Great Falls, NC and Brian Phillips (Dawn Dearborn Resendes) of Seabrook, NH; his sister Elaine (Bernard West) of Salisbury, MA.; and his nephew Sonny. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Due to the Covid-19 crisis, public services will be held at a future date.
