She is survived by: her children, Patricia Mackie of Raynham, Cathy Smith (Dan) of Raynham, James McCarthy of Amesbury, John McCarthy, Maureen Croteau of Taunton and Richard McCarthy of Taunton; her siblings, Mary Lou De Freitas of Arlington and Grace Ann McDonald; her husband Jason Smith of Raeford, NC; and also Sarah Smith of No. She is also survived by mother, grandmother, sister and friend.
