She is survived by: her children, Lynn Shea (Michael) of Melrose, Michael Azevedo of Amesbury, Laura Azevedo (Michael Hannon) of Melrose and Robert Azevedo (Julie) of Manchester, NH.; her sibling Ann Radochia (Bill) of Arlington; her grandchildren, Matthew (Elizabeth), Megan, Ryan, Michael, Aimee, Luke, Oliver, Lucy, Danielle and Leo; and her great grandchild Thomas.
