We bid farewell to Ellen M. Vaillancourt of Amesbury, Massachusetts, born in Salem, Massachusetts, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 27, 2024 at the age of 82. Ellen touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Henry L. Vaillancourt; her parents, Robert Dolliver and Agnes McGrane (Thibault); her sons, David Vaillancourt (Venes) of Derry, NH, Michael Vaillancourt (Cynthia) of Ellicott City, MD and Brian Vaillancourt of Leesburg, FL; her grandchildren, Katherine Bennett (Christopher) of Ellicott City, MD, John Vaillancourt of Nashville, TN, Ann Marie Wessells (Cody) of Lebanon, NH, Ben Vaillancourt (Jacqueline) of Beverly and Ally Vaillancourt of Atlanta, GA; her great grandchildren, Henry, Charlotte Bennett, Stella and Maximus Wessells; and her siblings, Paula Geist, Joanne Bogiages, Diane McGrane, Mary Dion and Ken McGrane.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the O'Donnell Cremations-Funerals (167 Maple St, Danvers, MA 01923). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Richard's Church (90 Forest St, Danvers, MA 01923). A burial was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the St. Mary Cemetery (226 North St, Salem, MA 01970).
