Herlihy of Amesbury, Massachusetts, born in New City, New York, who passed away at the age of 58, on July 17, 2024. She is survived by: her husband John W. Herlihy; her sons, Sean W. Herlihy of Denver, CO and Brian T. Herlihy of Manhattan, NYC.; her mother Elizabeth Barry; and her siblings, Kathleen Rotundo (Thomas Gore), Stephen Barry (Donna Quinlan) and Brian Barry (Margaret). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made to the American Heart Association.
