He is survived by: his wife Debora De Leon-Garcia; his children, Mirza, Dary, Keyly and Hesdras Garcia; his stepchildren, Nahum, Sarai and Areli Lopez; his siblings, Rodolfo, Julian and Mirna Garcia; and his parents, Miguel Archangel and Daria Garcia. He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
