She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband William J. Shea; her children, Paula Carney of Bourne, Joan Shea of Allston and William L. Shea; her grandchild Drew Bowman (Kimberly Whiting) of Watertown; and her siblings, Barbara Tierney and Ernest "Gus" Ackerly (Linda). She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
