He was predeceased by: his parents, Emilio T. Bernardi and Irene L. Bernardi (Boutote); and his brothers-in-law, Frank Micali and Joe Lessard. He is survived by: his former wife Mary Bernardi (Roberts); his children, Donna Agnes (Matt), Michael Bernardi (Lori), Jeanne Giordano (Daniel), Suzanne Bernardi, Christopher Bernardi and Karen Simpkins (Russel); his grandchildren, Ashley, Mary Kate, Johnathan, Samantha, Emerson, Christopher, Robert, Amber, Britney, Nicholas, Kaitlyn, Emily and Elizabeth; his siblings, Doreen Micali, Sheryl Lessard and Michael Bernardi; and his sisters-in-law, Patricia and Jeanne. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews other loving relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Tom's name to support Dr. Eduardo Corrales' ear and hearing disorder research.
