He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore A. Sr. and Florence E. Progulske (Nooney); and his brothers, Richard Progulske and Donald R. Progulske. He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his sons, Richard Progulske (Laura) of West Spfld and Donald A. Progulske (Linda) of Feeding Hills; and his grandchildren, Ryan, Justine, Kai, Alex, Kacy (Brittany) and Charlotte. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren; and numerous other loving relatives and friends.
