He was predeceased by: his mother Marlene Page (Cusson). He is survived by: his father Wayne R. Page; his wife Kelly A. Page (Scagliarini); his daughters, Heather, Amber Page and Katelyn Dionne; his brothers, Sheldon and Steven Page; and his grandchildren, Brielle, Cora, Brynn, Cameron and Benson.
