He is survived by: his stepfather Howard Silvis of Agawam; his daughters, Rachael Wozny of Port St and Nicole Barbiere of Kokomo; his parent Selma Silvis (Kalkau) of Agawam; his sisters, Renate Cavalcanti of Las Vegas, NV and Sharon Wozny of Enfield; and his stepbrother Christopher Slivis (Darlene).
