We are sad to announce that on January 4, 2020, at the age of 50, Robert A. Benard Jr. (Agawam, Massachusetts), born in Holyoke, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father-in-law Peter Proakis. He is survived by: his parents, Robert A. Sr. Benard and Rita Benard (Petit); his wife Adria (Proakis); his children, Demi, Matt and Kyra; his brother Brian Benard (Karen); his nieces, Chloe of Ludlow, MA, Ava of Ludlow, MA and Emma of Ludlow, MA; his sister-in-law Rebecca Mitchell (David) of Somers, CT; and his mother-in-law Esther Fisher. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and countless friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: Memorial Fund for the Children of Rob, c/o Easthampton Savings Bank, 770 Main St., Agawam, MA 01001.
