He was predeceased by: his parents, William A. Kelly and Virginia Kelly (Mitchell); and his brothers, William A., Martin L. and David S..
He is survived by: his wife Helen (Lonczak); his children, Richard S. (Gail) of Hawaii and Shelagh Conway (Peter) of Groton, MA.; and his grandsons, Michael, Daniel Kelly of Lompoc, CA, William and James Conway of Groton, MA. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, great nephews and nieces, and countless extended family members and friends.
