He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest E. Noyes and Grace Noyes (Fairbanks); and his siblings, Ernest Noyes, Marion Hageman and Barbara Gardner.
He is survived by: his wife Norma Noyes (Noble); and his children, Richard E. Noyes of Reston, VA and Cynthia M. Noyes of Lebanon, CT.
